Editorial questions and factual corrections

Send the exact page URL and quote the statement you believe to be incorrect. Explain what should be changed and provide a dated primary source or other verifiable evidence. We can correct factual mistakes, clarify a disputed claim, add a note on changed pricing or remove material that cannot be supported. A correction request does not guarantee a positive review.

Copyright, trademarks and personal information

If you believe content infringes your copyright, trademark or privacy, identify the specific URL and material, explain your connection to it and state the remedy requested. We may ask for limited additional information to assess the request, but please do not send identity documents, intimate chat transcripts or sensitive personal details in an initial email. We do not claim ownership of independent providers’ brands or logos.

Complaints about affiliate disclosures

If a link appears to be commercial without a clear label, report the page and button. We will check the configured destination and placement. The operator cannot retrospectively control tracking or contracts on the provider’s own site.

What we cannot do

• We cannot cancel third-party subscriptions, reset platform passwords, issue third-party refunds or delete chat logs held by another company.
• We do not provide emergency or clinical services; do not rely on AI companions as a substitute for real-world support.
• We cannot promise a particular response deadline before publishing an operational support policy.
